At Certified Horology, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

Items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

Unworn and in their original condition.

Accompanied by all original packaging, tags, certificates, and accessories.

Free from any signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

Non-Returnable Items

Customized or engraved items.

Final sale items or clearance products.

Gift cards.

Process

1. Email us at watches@certifiedhorology.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Once approved, you’ll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.

3. Ship the item back to us within 14 days of receiving the RMA.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

Exchanges

Exchanges are processed like returns. Follow the return steps, and we will assist in placing a new order for the replacement item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide a replacement or full refund after reviewing the issue.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping fees, duties, and taxes. Refunds will exclude any original shipping costs.
