At Certified Horology, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
• Items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.
• To qualify for a return, items must be:
• Unworn and in their original condition.
• Accompanied by all original packaging, tags, certificates, and accessories.
• Free from any signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
Non-Returnable Items
• Customized or engraved items.
• Final sale items or clearance products.
• Gift cards.
Process
1. Email us at watches@certifiedhorology.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Once approved, you’ll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.
3. Ship the item back to us within 14 days of receiving the RMA.
Refunds
• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
Exchanges
• Exchanges are processed like returns. Follow the return steps, and we will assist in placing a new order for the replacement item.
Damaged or Defective Items
• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide a replacement or full refund after reviewing the issue.
International Returns
• International customers are responsible for return shipping fees, duties, and taxes. Refunds will exclude any original shipping costs.
