Lebond Watches – Where Architecture Meets Horology
Lebond is a Barcelona-based microbrand that transcends traditional watchmaking by fusing the worlds of architecture and horology. Founded by architect Asier Mateo, Lebond curates collaborations with Pritzker Prize-winning architects, resulting in timepieces that are both functional instruments and sculptural art objects. Certified Horology is now the distributor for Lebond Watches in Australia, New Zealand, and the Asia Pacific region.
Each Lebond watch is a limited-edition, Swiss-made mechanical timepiece designed entirely by a renowned architect. The inaugural model, the Lebond Siza, was conceived by Portuguese architect Álvaro Siza. Inspired by his architectural works, the Siza watch features minimalist aesthetics and clean lines that reflect his design philosophy.
Following this, the Lebond Souto Moura was introduced, designed by Eduardo Souto de Moura. This model presents a unique take on the classic driver’s watch, with a dial, movement, and crown rotated 30 degrees clockwise for optimal visibility on the wrist. The design emphasizes simplicity and clarity, hallmarks of Souto de Moura’s architectural style.
Both models are crafted with precision, featuring 38.5mm cases made from grade 5 titanium, sapphire crystal fronts and backs, and powered by the Swiss-made ETA 2892-A2 automatic movement. The watches are available in various editions, including Original, Dark, and Black, each reflecting the distinct vision of their respective architects.
Lebond’s headquarters, known as Lebond House, is situated in Barcelona and was entirely designed by the in-house team. The space embodies the brand’s commitment to creating a warm, serene, and inspiring environment, mirroring the ethos present in their timepieces.

All servicing and repair logistics are handled by us. Certified local watchmakers are used if possible or if needed, we handle all logistics and communication with the brand to have the watch repaired.
